I just finished reading The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. It’s an amazing book about how you get past fear in your daily life. I saw the author speak at a convention a few years ago, and it was amazing. It details how you can move past fear and anxiety and take action on your thoughts so you can become a happier and more successful person.
