- $300,000 and below - 48 homes
- $300,000 to $450,000 - 220 homes
- $450,000 to $600,000 - 334 homes
- $600,000 to $750,000 - 219 homes
- $750,000 to $900,000 - 64 homes
- $900,000 to $1 million - 13 homes
- $1 million and up - 23 homes
